Nancy Naggatz, Broker

Born and raised in NWI, I earned my Real Estate license in 1990 and worked to be a multi-million dollar producing agent. I have navigated almost every kind of scenario, with my experience, my ability to think outside the box and creative approach is an asset to my clients.

I reside in Valparaiso with husband of 28 years and our rescue dog, Morgan. We have three adult girls and became empty nesters in 21!

A member of the Valparaiso Chamber of commerce and Northwest Indiana influential woman's society and is a Sitting Board member for PCA Bored of directors in Valparaiso, Member of Women United of NWI. Nancy also enjoys volunteer work in the community, Valparaiso chocolate walk, Thanksgiving 500 turkey program for the needy and United Way. Nancy is a proud member of the Listing Leaders Brokerage, with over 600 agents in NWI and Chicago-land. Two full time processors behind her team .Additionally, she holds membership within NIRA, MLS, and NAR.
