I’m a top performing Residential and Commercial broker at the fastest growing real estate company in Northwest Indiana. I entered into full-time real estate sales from real estate law practice by a top-performing broker and friend of nearly twenty years. Prepared with a real estate legal background and sales and marketing experience, the fit was perfect and the results were immediate. With 53 closed transactions in my first year in real estate, I immediately established myself in the real estate community, quickly becoming a go-to broker for clients expecting more from a real estate professional.

I’ve been with Listing Leaders since the beginning, providing legal advice, sales training, and advising management on escalated, complex issues. My legal and market knowledge, broad experience, and commitment often make the difference in a deal. Always in search of growth, I established my own sales team in 2016, Justin Berggren Realtors. In addition to this, I’m a certified real estate pre-licensing instructor and have experience addressing Realtor ethical matters as a member of the grievance committee at my local real estate association.

I manage the distressed property division at Listing Leaders, giving a perspective and insight into the real estate markets few agents see. Using resources, experience, and focus, I’m able to bring more qualified buyers into my listings. And with the help of cutting-edge technology, research tools, and patience, I can find the right property for the buyers I serve. I market in Indiana and Illinois through professional photography, direct mailers, and internet/ social media marketing plans for all new listings Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com. I’m a Premier agent with Buyer Funneling program. Above average sale to list price ratio (above 95%), means I get my seller clients offers closer to asking price. Below average Days on Market, means I get my deals closed more quickly than average.
