A top performing Residential and Commercial broker at the fastest growing real estate company in Northwest Indiana, Justin was pulled into full-time real estate sales from real estate law practice by a top-performing broker and friend of nearly twenty years. Prepared with a real estate legal background and sales and marketing experience, the fit was perfect and the results immediate. With 53 closed transactions his fist year in real estate, Justin immediately established himself in the real estate community and quickly became a go-to broker for clients expecting more from a real estate professional. Justin participated in the establishment of Listing Leaders and provides legal advice, sales training, and advises management on escalated and complex issues. His legal and market knowledge, broad experience, and commitment often make the difference in a deal. Always in search of growth, Justin established the Justin Berggren Realtors sales team in 2016. In addition to his sales activity, Justin is a certified real estate pre-licensing instructor and has experience addressing Realtor ethical matters as a member of the grievance committee at his local real estate association and he manages the distressed property division at Listing Leaders, giving a perspective and insight into the real estate markets few agents see.
